How do I apply NPS-Q45T?
Start with a fresh slate, before treating wipe off any existing contact enhancers or dielectric grease, aerosol alcohol works great for this. Use a light layer, brushed onto the first 1/3 to 1/2 of the male connection for easiest application. May be applied to a bare wire before inserting coating the entire exposed wire then terminating. Apply to Power Cables RCA or XLR male blades. Female connections can also be coated if done carefully with the correct applicator, however treating only your male ends is perfectly sufficient as it will transfer upon connection.

Take care in application as to not cause shorts or unwanted resistance from excess material being applied and crossing dielectric boundaries intended in many connections. Remember if you are concerned with the application process you can seek help from a learned professional. Avoid forums as these can lead to much misinformation mixed with good advice and be hard to understand what is right to do and who is getting it all wrong.
The product does not dry and has indefinite shelf life. When contact enhancers dry they lose conductivity support and are hard to remove and may damage your connectors if taken apart. They also do not conduct after the dried connection is broken and may damage the contact permanently. The product should be applied in a thin layer of paste and not removed or wiped off before application as that negates the purpose of application. Products that need to be wiped off are not meant for long term prefomance and often degrade almost as soon as you apply them as they evaporate or oxidize quickly.
Cautions: NPS-Q45T is very conductive and should be applied with care. Due to the tiny nano particles used, gloves are recommended with use. Avoid contact with eyes face and skin and do not swallow. It is safe with most plastics and metals, If unsure please test before use.

When should I re-apply NPS-Q45T?
NPS-Q45T is a permanent solution which does not require re-treatment, it is long lasting adding years of life to connections. However if you are often plugging in and pulling out your connections go ahead and retreat if/when you feel it appropriate.
